Optus is totally pathetic in terms of setting direct debit
I have provided with my banking details for Mobile and Broadband a million times and every time on the due date for some reason $$$$ is not debited as they don't have banking details and use my CC every time.
Can this ever be resolved in my lifetime with Optus
Waiting for the contract to get over so i can go on prepaid.
Hope someone from Optus look into it
It may come down to what your account number starts with due to ongoing billing system upgrades.
