Services on account

Hi, 

 

I am having trouble understanding my new bill, two services are showing up, one of them is my number and the other service which has a number seems to have nothing to do with my account. 

 

I am just wanting to see what that service is for,

Do you have a mobile broadband service? like for an iPad or tablet? perhaps a mobile hotspot?
