On my Optus account, it says "Your service will expire if not recharged before 21 Oct 2017", so I recharged and it has not changed. Does it take time for it to update? I have the receipt.

usually optus app has delay of 24-48hours if still the same after 24-48 hours contact the prepaid department 1300555002
