Service not showing on MyAccount website


So, upon discovering my account number had changed without being notified in any way, shape or form, I jumped onto my Safari browser to login to MyAccount. 


Once the page loaded, there was no billing snapshot, and NO ACCOUNT AT ALL! None, nothing linked to my MyAccount login. 


The app is fine, all the updated info is there. 


Went onto Live Chat, that was horrible. The person could not answer my questions at all, gave me answers that did not relate to my issues at all. 


So everyone, check your account numbers. The new ones will start with a ‘6’.

Never mind, can delete this post now. Must have looked when the final upgrade to the website was being done.
