Service not linked to my account

To cut a very long story short I recently upgraded my phone after having many account issues. Since then every time I log in to my account it tells me I don't have a service yet they are still sending me bills for this account. My last 2 bills have increased for some reason yet I can't view the bill as the service doesn't exist on my account. (I'm using the phone and it works fine and I have payed the 2 or 3 bills since I upgraded)

I've been in store and on the phone more times than I can count, and I get sent round and round in circles trying to get onto a live chat with an operator. I even tried messaging through facebook to which Optus didn't reply.

Anyone have a suggestion as to how I can talk to someone to get this fixed?
