Sent me two phones

I just re-contracted and chose a Galaxy S8 for my new handset but for some reason Optus sent me two phones which appear to be on two separate consignments from the courier. I only signed for one of them but he gave me two??? Anyway, as much as I'd love a free phone I can't find an email address for Optus to tell them to come and pick it up. I don't have the time nor the patience to mess around on the phone with them as they gave me no end to grief trying to do the new contract to start with. So Optus, if you want the extra handset back this is my reasonable attempt at contacting you to arrange a return. Please provide an email address so we can arrange you to come and collect it (no, i'm not going to the post office).

Hi Toomey,

I am having the same issue. I ordered 1 phone, but then 2 phone came. And I am being charged for the 2nd phone (which I did not order). I've been passed between departments on optus chat, and was turned away when I visited an optus store to return the handset. This is unacceptable and I do not wish to be liable for something that I did not order. Can you please assist with this urgently, before my bill is debited at the end of the month.

I experience the same buck passing and ended up sending Optus a message through Facebook. Not sure why, but when they eventually responded they fixed it up and sent me a pre-paid satchel to return the phone. If you've got Facebook try and message them that way.

i have the same problem and no one at Optus wants to help, I called and get passed from person to person but nothing happens. Can someone please assist as unless your giving me 2 phones for all the inconvenience I experienced trying to buy 1, please come and get the other phone.  I don't have the time nor the patience to mess around on the phone any further with incompetent people not willing to help an Optus customer. I also had no end of grief trying to spend $2500 over 24 months and do the new contract to start with. So Optus, if you want the extra handset back this is my reasonable attempt at contacting you to arrange a return.
