Samsung J5 Pro unlock code

Hi Have been asking optus for help for a month now to get a unlock code for my bought online Optus Samsung J5 Pro about 2 years old now.

Twice they have said it will take 7-10 business days to receive it still nothing.

How do I escalate this?

Hi there cadman,


It sounds like this is a case of Optus needing to contact Samsung for a master unlock code as described in this thread (which happens to be for the same phone).


If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with these details for assistance:


- Your full name

- D.O.B

- Mobile number that was used with the handset

- IMEI of the handset (press *#06#)
