Agree with @bretthood on the 7 ❤ gave my first one back in the first recall but the second one they had to pry out of my hand to get it back. My Note 8 contact finishes today, good phone but the 7 was something else.
It was certainly a phone like no other and when I had to give it back the second time the girl in the store was crying with me cos she had one too. Best phone ever @kirst-mc @
@bretthood yeah, the FE did feel good in the hand without a case.
@mothz sorry, can only suggest trying a little later or in the morning.
You could try jumping into the my Optus app, choosing track order, then when it errors out, choose message and ask about your order status.
Be warned, according to them, my order is with Star Track, but won't be delivered until next week.
But it might give you some usable info about your order status
Or you can try Live Chat, but that's likely worse.
@bretthood @kirst-mc then you two should have ordered the Note7 FE from Korea, or one of the other few countries to get it.
I liked the Note 7 up until that time it froze on me and went to a black screen and kept getting hotter and hotter until eventually it turned off. That turned my thinking on sticking with it around. So then I striped everything from it and gave the shop the phone only minus the s.pen which has been a backup ever since.

Funnily enough, the tracking link in the optus email still says nothing. Plus, live chat sent me a link to the normal star track website tracking which also says nothing.
