SOS ONLY

I have been trying to get in contact with someone from optus since early am today.
I can't call cause my phone says "SOS ONLY". The only way i can use the internet is because I am connected to wifi. Is there anyone who can help me get in contact with optus about this problem, or does anyone know when the towers are meant to be "fixed" in Junee

Hey @Ryan_89 ,

 

                             Looking at the Optus Coverage map there appears to be planned works on the tower there to upgrade 4G in  the area. 

 

The information there says that the works will take place between 6th-19th Jan and that there may be some service interruptions but they will try to keep to a minimum.

The good news is once it's done you should get fast 4G service.

Ha e u got the Optus app? Use that to chat to support. I had the same problem just a few moments ago. I was advised to shut down my phone and restart. It worked
