SIM email

Have received an email advising my new SIM is active, but have never requested one? Anyone know what this is about?

Re: SIM email

Hi there,

Please be careful of any links within that email. Certainly don't click on nor supply any personal details as I suspect someone out there is doing a spot of phishing. Hopefully the hook isn't set!

Cheers Dave

Re: SIM email

Hey @Ralphy

We did have an email or SMS being sent incorrectly to some of our customers on our new billing system.

I'd recommend having a chat with our Customer Care team to ensure no changes have been made on the account to be safe.

Cheers.
