I have bought a plan (iPhone 7 and a connection with 130 AUD). I inserted the SIM card into the mobile on 29th of August but in last 3 days I could not activate my connection/SIM. I have talked to several people in customer care, none could help; I just spent hours after hours talking to them without anything.
I went to the store (Belconnen, ACT) but the people are so rude! They even do not want to talk as I bought it online.
Now I am disconnected since two days and completely entrapped by Optus.
Can anyone help?
