On 05.05.18, I activated a new SIM and had my number ported from Telstra. I am still waiting on my service to become active.
I also paid $30 for credit, during the activation. I am not aware of any issues with payment, the money has been successfully charged to my card.
Is it possible for the progress of my porting/SIM activation to be checked?
I have been trying for two days to activate a replacement sim.
Can't get it to work on the net.
Can't get it to work on the existing mobile by using 9999 menu.
They can't even get it to work when I phone customer support.
I'm just changing numbers between sim cards, good luck changing providers as well.
