I have a question about Optus's SIM-Only Plans.
When it comes to activating the SIM, is there a time limit? Do I have to activate it within, say, 30 days to be able to use it? Or is there no time limit?
Hey @jmw7689, was this a post-paid SIM only plan or a prepaid plan? The service will remain active and billed for until you terminate the service. If you've purchased the SIM online, we'll generally activate the service as soon as successful delivery has been confirmed. If you’ve purchased a prepaid SIM then there is a set expiry date. You can find the exact date on the packaging.
