I upgraded my current plan to $59 with new S8 however it has created a whole new account!
I had a few months to go on my S7 however I was advised all would be ok and that I could swap over (member now for 15+ years)
I now have 2 numbers! and 2 phone numbers.
Can anyone help?
Hi @Sys64738 - That's definitely not good to hear and we're really sorry it didn't work out the way it should. Could you please confirm if your ordered your new handset online or was it at a Optus store? You'll only get a new mobile number if you didn't use your existing old number to upgrade. Please contact our mobile care team Here and they can check both your account. we might be able to consolidate your two accounts.
