S20 sent to the wrong address

My s20 ultra after being delivered late with no communication got sent to the wrong address. Optus told me it would be a “rekey” scenario, haven’t heard anything since. It got delivered on the 16th of March to the wrong address and it’s now the 26th.
My new plan has been added to my account and when I try to track my order it says “delivered”. When can I expect my phone?
