Roaming in the US

Hi Optus,

My daughters phone is being charged for roaming in the USA but we have a data pack on that number. Please advise.

Re: Roaming in the US

Hey Simon, is your daughter still within the limits of her data pack? The full inclusions can be checked here → International Roaming: Travel Pack Info.

If so, we can double check to make sure everything is provisioned correctly on our end. Please jump into Live Chat for immediate assistance, or shoot me a private message with your account number, full name and DOB. You can leave it with us and we'll have someone check it out asap.

I've removed your daughter's number because we are still posting in a public forum. Please follow the link to send a private message with the number, your full name and DOB.
