Reviewing application

I tried to change my moblie plan last week, got the email saying optus is now reviewing the application, but how long does this normally take?

Usually pretty immeadiate (assuming your not asking to be let out of a contract or downgrade to a cheaper plan)

 

If you want to change I suggest contact directly (live chat or phone) today and talk it through. They'll arrange for it immeadiately.
