I want to do a replacement sim for my husband as he has just updated his phone but I want to keep the existing number

It asks to set up a my optus account (he has never had one) but when I do they say it is not eligible why????

Re: Replacement sim

I’m assuming you say “not eligible” when you try to setup the online account?

you can chat/call to replace the SIM.

Re: Replacement sim

How'd you go in the end @Joebel03

It's possible that he's already been set up with a My Account (depending on the age of the service).

I'd try the, 'forgotten your username or password" option.

Enter your most commonly used contact email and we'll send you a password reset link.
