Can anyone please tell me what "pending - changes cannot be done" when I go to activate a REPLACEMENT sim card online.
The store tell me to go online or call optus but when i called they told me to go in store.
Getting no answers and the run around, not real happy

If you still need a hand, please chat with us. There should be no reason to return to the store, unless it's advised you need another replacement SIM but you can request to have one sent to you instead.
