I have a 100GB data package I need removed by the end of my billing cycle so as to not incur more costs. Due to the busy period we have just been in and lack of response on live chat and hotlines I’ve been pushed pretty close to the deadline. I don’t believe that I have used any of the data this month and I’m wondering if I cancel now will I be able to reduce the monthly cost of $70. I would like to cancel regardless but a reduction in cost would be nice for an unused service. I also asked in store to cancel it but the sales representative ignored me. I asked in another and they said that I would need to call support.
