We was signed the plan on 8 Jun 2017 for the Samsung Galaxy S8 $65 Plan. The promotion when we signed up is double data bonus which is (3.5GB +3.5GB-Bonus). i only see 3.5GB is added to my account. I wondering why today is 22 Jun 2017, the bonus data still not added in to my account?
From 21 Jun 2017 is starting billing cycle. could i know when the bonus data will apply to my account?
Bonus data is usually shoen in your account from the second month.
I believe it is actually actiavated now but just not listed. Have you got any SMS warnings on data use yet?
If it's not added by the second month, we'll need to add it manually. Any excess charges incurred before it's added can be waived.
