Regarding the Samsung Galaxy S8 Bonus data.

We was signed the plan on 8 Jun 2017 for the Samsung Galaxy S8 $65 Plan. The promotion when we signed up is double data bonus which is (3.5GB +3.5GB-Bonus). i only see 3.5GB is added to my account. I wondering why today is 22 Jun 2017, the bonus data still not added in to my account?

From 21 Jun 2017 is starting billing cycle. could i know when the bonus data will apply to my account?

Bonus data is usually shoen in your account from the second month.

 

I believe it is actually actiavated now but just not listed. Have you got any SMS warnings on data use yet?

If it's not added by the second month, we'll need to add it manually. Any excess charges incurred before it's added can be waived.

I am having the same issue where it is not appearing on my My Optus app (even after waiting 2 months). Can I get this organised?

 

(I've visited two stores and they said that I still need to wait)

Don't bother with the stores (They'll just ring optus customer service).

 

I suggest you hop onto LIVE CHAT and see what your account is set to.
