My old account is in credit and there seems to be a recurring $10 charge for Accessory Repayment Charge. I do not have any devices with the account anymore and would like the current credit ($680) plus the Accessory Repayment Charges ($50 in total so far) refunded please. Your site says to go to Billing and Payments to request a refund but there is no link to request one there. Please advise.

Hello sper1 - I have much the same problem. I cancelled my Optus / Foxtel TV subscription over a month ago and just received a late payment charge for the month of April. I contacted Optus sales today and explained the situation - like talking to a brick wall. The operator thinks it may have been the changeover to the new account numbers but wasn't sure. I am awaiting a reply and explanation. (Not holding my breath.) Will be changing carriers very soon with remaining services. Totally fed up.
