I was trying to activate my pre-paid SIM last night, told me there was a problem
I tried to activate again i got Reference: PPACT-SIMVAL-0006 and said the sim was being activated ask me restart my device few times may take up to 4 hours.
I tried to contact Optus through app & phone no response at all. Its been over 8 hours and the SIM is still not activated........ is there anything i can do to get help?
