Recontracting online with Optus, keeps asking if I want to keep my number

Trying to recontract online and it asks me if I want to keep my number or change it. I select keep it but insists on directing me as if I am coming across from another provider. I am with Optus!!! And I am logged in as such whilst I am trying to recontract!

I wasn't able to replicate this myself. Are you still having trouble? Did you try a different browser?
