Two weeks ago I changed my post paid service to pre-paid as I no longer use the phone and am now overseas. I just wanted to keep the number.
I installed the new SIM and the girl at the Optus shop said she had alreadycactivated it and said I would need to add the credit in a few days after receiveing an email? I did not receive an email and have tried to recharge with no success. The Web form asks for a voucher which I did not receive with my SIM. I have the sim card number but not the phone. I left the phone in Australia as I have no use for it and the girl told me I would not need it to re-charge.
Do I need to contact the store for a voucher number?
