Recharge not connected.

I went online to recharge and setup auto recharge on wards but I still have no network connection for my sim 04xxxxxxxx its for a Tablet with communication ability. It was working before let it lapse a bit.

Hey @relmek

Normally a prepaid service would need to remain inactive for a period of 6 months before it would be disconnected so I doubt that's what has happened here unless a bit is quite long. Best to check with our Customer Care team so they can have a look for you.
