Hi there @Bear007. If you're experiencing issues with recharging your Prepaid service, we recommend checking out our Recharge/Voucher Troubleshooting Guide to try and resolve your problem. 

Please note that we’re unable to look into service/account details on Yes Crowd. If you’re still needing a hand, we recommend Messaging us via the My Optus app.
