Hi @vatese, if you're referring to the method that your bill is sent to you, you can can change that through the My Optus App or My Account. Just select 'Billing' then 'Manage paperless billing'. You'll then be able to select if your bill is sent to you through email, SMS, or hard copy via post.
If these are your bill reminder notifications, our Support agents can help you out with updating the methods we use to contact you. We'll just need you to send us a message via the My Optus App as we cannot access your account details through Yes Crowd.
