Last last year I got a spare prepaid phone that was used around Christmas and hasn't been used for a while. I tried to recharge it and the system was saying the phone number is deactivated. Is there are way to reactivate the SIM/ number ?
@andy149-131 If you used up the credit and there has been no credit top up for 6 months the number may have been returned to the pool and been recycled. The number maybe have been issued to a 4G/5G Broadband service and you get a similar message if you try to call the number.
You can contact Optus Support to see if the number is still available.
