Hi, I've been using Optus prepaid service for a few years. Since April 2017 I've been living overseas but keep returning to Australia. This is why I've recharged regularly to keep my number. Now it seems that my number has been disconnected. Can you please re-activate it? I'll be back in Australia soon and like to use and be available on this number again. Thanks!
