Question

Hello, I purchased samsung note 8 with 2-years plan two weeks ago. Now my friend want to buy my note8. I want to know if i sell my note8 to him in the name of personal and i use the optus card on another phone, is it ok? My friend is telstra user, is it ok that he put his telstra card in this note 8? Thanks.

Hi there,

 

Its your phone so you can do with it what you like.. Of course you'll be required to continue paying the device off over the length of the contract, unless of course you cancel and pay it out.

Just to add to caaf's comment. The phone is unlocked meaning he can use his Telstra SIM in the phone without any issues.

Yeah, I wil pay the money of the phone and plan monthly. I am just afraid that other pepople cant use my phone.

Sorry xmaa. The phone is unlocked. It is not locked to Optus. This means there is nothing stopping your friend from using a Telstra SIM in the device.
