I have just moved from Virgin to Optus and I am having troubles setting up my voicemail on my mobile. I have tried to text '8' to the 9999 number and all I am getting back is "sorry, we couldn't fetch that information right now, try again later".
Any suggestions? It has been over 12hrs since the service was switched over.

I just tried it on my phone and it worked okay.
Perhaps it's due to only just recently switching across, if using 9999 self serve still isn't working you can try dialling free call 1509 or look at other self service options or chat to us to activate your voicemail.
