My SIM has been out of the signal or only 1 bar for almost 3 weeks and unable to call or receive messages.I tried to restart my mobile phone and change the phone both but there's no use. What should I do to solve it?

check if there are outage on your area, please see link below and enter your address
if no outage contact the technical support for assistance 133937 press 2 1 2 1 <enter your number> select 2 for tech support
click outage and enter your address

Yeah. It still ongoing wherever I go.I doubt that if my SIM is dodgy.

Thanks for confirming that. I would recommend popping into your local Optus store and organise a new sim card.
