I had my number disconnected via optus due to an error on their behalf.
been without my primary number for about 4 months now and no one from optus has been willing to help.
Spent hours on the phone waiting and talking and even took it up with the telecomm ombudsman to have it resolved but to no avail.
What at should I do to get my number back?
