If I buy a prepaid in store with start up data, and only want to use the start up data. Why do I have to choose a recharge when activating online?
Make sure you haven't flagged "auto recharge," this is usually the reason as to why the prompt is appearing.
Can you double check that and let us know?
Auto recharge is not flagged.
When i get to the recharge section it says
Do you have a voucher
Click yes it asks for voucher number
Click no it makes you select a recharge option.
No other option
