Prepaid activation error PPACT-CHARGE-006



I'm having all sorts of issue trying to activate a prepaid sim card.  Kept getting error. PPACT-CHARGE-006


The support contact call does not take me to a human operator and the live chat does not work.  Where can I get support?

Sorry to hear of the issues getting assistance with this. It sounds like the SIM card may be faulty, are you able to pop into a store for a replacement? The staff should be able to get it activated for you also.


The Prepaid Activation Team are available on 1300737252 Monday to Friday 8am-Midnight, Saturdays & Sundays 9am-Midnight (AEST), but when these errors occur it typically means the SIM need replacing.
