I placed the prepaid sim starter pack on 28th Apr but til now I have not received the SIM card yet. I called the hotline and live chat many times but no staff can solve my problem. Every staff said they will call me back but no one did.
I tried to put my order number, PO50036, in tracking system and it said it is invalid. Can someone from Optus to tell me what has happened?
