Prepaid SIM activation porting from catchconnect

Hi team,

I bought Epic value prepaid SIM and complete the activation online 2 days ago, intended to keep my current number *hidden* in which porting from Optus MVNO Catchconnect. Unfortunately it did not happen.

My current SIM plan on Catchconnect expire COB today.

Please help to activate my number *hidden* ASAP.

@Ray_YC I note the below but my CatchConnect service is expiring today, 16th April 2020.

I pledge your kindly assistance to put me through on to fast lane ....

Any same carrier ports (third-party carriers that also run on the Optus network i.e. AmaySIM) are experiencing major delays, we currently have a back office team going through back logs of these requests however there is no ETA.

Just a heads up as per the red advisory message on the right when you posted your question that we don't have access to or visibility of customer accounts/orders here on our public forum.

@Ray_YC I tried PM on Optus facebook page but no one answer !

Again - when is the porting to happen?

I rang up 133937 yesterday but the staff asked me to wait.

I cannot wait any longer because my current plan on Catchconnect is expiring today !!!

The team won’t be able to respond right away, but they’ll be with you as soon as they can.

Confirming I/we can't see orders/accounts on our public online forum.

Sorry to sound like a broken record but confirming once again: 

Just a heads up as per the red advisory message on the right when you posted your question that we don't have access to or visibility of customer accounts/orders here on our public forum.

To elaborate on this to hopefully make it a little clearer, without being able to see your order here means we're not able to fix it here. Otherwise we happily would have resolved this for you when you first messaged. You will need to contact Optus directly. Thanks.
