Pre-paid to post-paid

so recently i tried to purchase and upgrade my prepaid mobile to a postpaid mobile plan and i was wondering how long does this process generally take as it has been several days already.

Hello jle1997. There are currently delays with our online orders. If you've received a temporary order number, it means our team have received your order and will process it as soon as possible. Unfortunately we're unable to confirm how long it will take at this stage.
