Pre paid sim plan

I recently changed pre paid sim plans and have changed the sim card and I've got a new number but the sim plan will not change from the last one and I can only see the last plan. Although I'm not using any data from the last plan.  How would I change it

Hi @Jayjay01, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the delay in reply. So that we are on the same page just wanted to confirm, you had a Prepaid service with us and now you have got a new sim, on a new Prepaid plan with a new number altogether? But when you checked the plan of the new service it is still showing the old plan?
