Pre-paid mobile: My account at the Optus new website shows 3 weeks details usage
I am not sure when Optus changed its look of My Account. Today I logged onto My Account, surprised to find out that I can only get three weeks' detailed usage of my pre-paid mobile from the Optus new website. In its old website, I used to be able to retrieve three months usage. Optus, would you please be more reliable?

The new MyAccount web page simply is a disaster. Everything is messy and slow now, less info is being displayed, some of my mobile no. even are missing!!! Optus please bring back the old web site and stop messing with your customers.
