So I pre-ordered the Note 9 on the 11 of Aug. Went to check the progress and it said that the order has been cancelled?!

I had the same, it was after I corrected an error in the delivery address. Then a new CIS 2as issued with a new order number, dealer ID and sales rep code, and a more expensive total minimum cost.
I hope theyre not playing silly buggers and stealing commissions from other sales representatives who may have applied unpiblished special rates that are not the same as whats published and also pushing customers to the back of the wait queue!
