Pre Paid - Credit, but can't send a text

I have $3.58 credit but I am unable to sent a message. When i try I receive a message telling me that I do not have enough credit....

Firstly, restart your phone. It may just need to have a refresh on the network.


If that didn't do anything, this is not something that we can look into here on the forum.
