Postpaid to Prepaid

I have placed request to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid. Customer service mate assured there won't be any interruption on service.. My service is down from last 5 hours and I'm kind of helpless and handicapped.. Thanks to Optus..

Still no service on my phone. Tired calling Optus customer service and Live chat 😞 Its been 24 hours.

So sorry to hear about this! Changing from postpaid to prepaid usually shouldn't disrupt your service for that long.
