Positive feedback for Alma

Hi, I was not sure how to give positive feedback but I wanted to commend Alma in the technical team for how professional, polite and friendly she is. Not to mention how helpful she was in resolving my problem quickly, I really appreciate that she was easy to communicate with and not only helped with my problem but also kept me calm during the entire process.
Thanks Alma you are very good at what you do. True customer service at its finest.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a compliment for Alma, it's always lovely to see and we really do appreciate it!


It looks like there is more than one Alma, totally up to you but if you have a social media account and post the same message, the team can look her up and track her manager down to pass your feedback through if you're happy to provide them with your Optus account info.
