Porting time

It has been over 24 hours and my number still has not been ported . It is being ported from Kogan mobile prepaid. Why would it take this long ?

Hey @Jazzgirl - not great to hear if you've had some delays with your port-in. In some cases, if account info isn't an exact match on each end, the port may be rejected.
