I was planing to porting one mobile number from Telstra to Optus last week.
I went to Optus Carlingford store and been told the porting service from Telstra to Optus experiencing some issue and may delay for weeks before the number become valid.
I just wandering, has this porting issue had been fixed?
Its a staff shortage issue due to COVID-19. Telstra have stated that mobile porting is largely automated but still requires some staff involvement.
