Can your previous service provider keep restrictions on my ported number with Optus, or is this a breach of the MNP

Hey @Doc1 - this certainly sounds strange to me! Could you please send through a PM with some more information about the restrictions from your previous provider, along with your full name, DOB and account or service number? Happy to further investigate this or help clarify any information from my end.
