On 22nd, I rang sales support number and submitted a request to port from another provider to optus postpaid service. I was told the change would happen in 24-48 hours. After 24hrs nothing happend and a livechat member told me the porting process would definitely finalised before the end of next business day. So another 24hr passed, nothing happend. When I contacted optus through livechat again, i was told porting issue would be solved in another 2-3 business days. I am frustrated because there was one lie after another to make customer happy but optus just can't solve problems. Anyone can help here?

Problem not solved. I have to rang optus 1300 and wait hrs. How pathetic.
