Porting from Dodo to Optus

I’ve requested a port on Thursday afternoon to Optus and I’m still not ported, phone is stuck in SOS. I’m basically fully disconnected except my home wifi.
How long is this meant to take? I need my phone for work this week. The Optus chat did not provide any answer or ETA.

If you've inserted the Optus SIM and tried both restarting your device as well as resetting your Network settings, then we recommend that you send our social media team a message on Facebook or Twitter so they can check this out for you.
